Nobody takes ownership of a tenants problems it's a pass on culture with very little or no understanding of mental health, vulnerable clients or safe guarding it's in URGENT need of training and also a greater understanding of disability access to services which states you can't put a bar in the way of a client Accessing services which this office has done on more than one occasion The service is not fit for purpose and could do with a complete and utter overhaul from bottom to top putting the tenants first and provide a service which meets the needs of tenants Closing HMO to tenants with no thought of the tenant No consultation as far as I'm aware the problem is now then it'll cost you a fiver plus each way to get to a housing office now disgusting no thought for tenants at all
Can’t believe it how they are responding people about the repairing or anything they are very very bad and very poor service I have reported for my repairing is more than 10 time is it is nobody come around they don’t care about the people they live in that property who was a specially housing officer I advise to the people is never come around to live
This has got to be the worst council in leeds, they have no training for mental health issues and if your face doesnt fix your not getting owt from them, THIS COUNCIL NEEDS CLOSING DOWN OR INVESTIGATE.
The worst council ever! opening times - for people who not working, others - who working - they need to take holiday or spend 1 hr on line to contact council if you lucky they not dropped the call. if you finally off on your holiday, you going there and in the queue spending half an hr or more because one person is there to listening all this people. council office - old, cold, vintage, unhelpful. nobody cares, nobody.. and about nothing.
Never fail to call you if your rent is 1 day late, try getting through to them about anything else, eg repairs and you have no chance ! Severe lack of professional customer service. I'd get the sack if I behaved like this in my job.
They are not professional the staff who works there
If I could give it zero stars I would. There rascist, slander peoples character and make up lies. Your face has got to fit. These people need re- educating!!
Never any help always try fobbing me off send people to do repairs they always end up making the problem worse they never answer the phone and when they do after 7 attempts of ringing there rude and really no help you'd think people working with the public would have more manners
All services under one roof. Very professional and helpful.
