This office has really weird hours. It's always such a pain if anything gets delivered there. If you work during the week, it's almost impossible to pick anything up as it usually closed at about 2. The staff are lovely, but what's the point of having an office that's basically never open?
I let the postman in myself to the building on several occasions only to find a 'Sorry we missed you' card in my letter box 10 mins later. With these opening hours and zero effort from the delivery person to even carry my parcel with them, how are people in the area supposed to receive anything?
This office is practically useless! If you work it will be impossible for you to pick up your parcel,they opening hours are just ridiculous.
They lost a parcel that was sent to Portugal. Nothing to say really, appalling. I am using Post Office now, it's a 5 minute walk from the Royal Mail Delivery office and I don't have these issues anymore.
Is NEVER actually open on the days it says!! Hundreds of times I've gone there at the 'opening times' and the door is shut and so many people have had a wasted journey. When it is actually open, it is easy to get my package and go but the trick is it to physically get into the building. They should make a system/box where we put our details, with security questions ofcourse, and we are able to collect it at our convenience. I honestly feel like that will help millions of people!
Necessary evil really, the weirdest opening hours, and completely inaccessible for disabled folk
Overall incredibly more reliable than what we were used to in the south in Clapham. We have a very nice postman, that once went an extra mile when redelivering our package. Thank you for your hard work, especially in these difficult conditions.
Very good service from a friendly staff. I went there to get my parcel, the staff saw me with pushchair that's why he came down himself to serve me so I didn't have to go up with the baby. Service is fast and satisfactory!
I am disabled so had to ring the bell downstairs. I was kept waiting while a queue of able bodied people were served first. The seat is too low to sit on if you are disabled, I have mentioned that before but nothing has been done. I rang the bell again only to be yelled at 'WE KNOW YOU'RE THERE'. I think some urgent training is needed.
Excellent helpful and professional staff. Thank you for an always excellent service.
