Wonderful one-stop shop but in particular, excellent range of Post Office services and with parking outside. The staff are both knowledgeable and helpful especially the lady who has assisted me on the few occasions when I have been there. Highly recommended. And for other things, it's quite an Aladdin's cave!
I usually wouldn’t take the time to review a post office, but the kindness shown by Nadine if I remember her name correctly truly deserves recognition. When I arrived on a Sunday just as the post office was about to close, I needed to send some very important items. Nadine was incredibly kind and professional—she didn’t just help me with my postage, she stayed longer so I could get everything posted. That level of care is something you don’t come across every day.nnShe deserves all the credit—she was absolutely fantastic. Thank you, Nadine! Your kindness and friendly service made my day.
I have been using Finchley Post Office for more than 10 years. The shop space is quite small, but they actually provide a wide range of parcel services for the local community.nnPreviously, I had several issues when trying to drop off small parcels – especially Amazon and DPD returns – as they were often refused. It was quite frustrating.nnHowever, since the new manager Alex has taken over, the service has improved significantly. He now accepts all parcel sizes and has restarted DPD, Amazon returns, and new Royal Mail parcel services as well. The difference in management is very noticeable.nnThe new management team is much more helpful and supportive to the Finchley community. Great improvement and excellent customer service.nnThank you Alex and the new team!
Due to my busy work schedule, I don’t always have time to go to the bank. The staff at this post office are always helpful, friendly, and do their best to assist me with a smile. Great service.
Amazing service and very kind staff!nnI had a really great experience at this Post Office in Finchley. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The form I needed to complete was quite complicated, but they took their time to help me and explained everything clearly, which made a big difference.nnWhat I really appreciate is that they are open at very convenient hours compared to many other Post Offices, even in the evening and on weekends. This is so helpful for people who work during the day.nnExcellent customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and kind people. Highly recommended!
