Most customers are rude , arrogant and give you impatient stares while you are queuing . Just don't look back when you are being served , you can feel the daggers , axes & pickaxes burying themselves in your back. The look of horror on the counter staff faces says it all . This Post office / newsagent is small cramped but warm and well lite , it only has two serving windows with a spare one on the shop counter which is only open from 5am to 9am weekdays Saturday 12.30 noon to 3.44 pm , Sunday 6am until 12 noon . All Staff are Bi or Tri lingual although the guy behind the shop counter has a thick accent and the wrong diction when speaking which is construded by a minority of customers as arrogance and rudeness , in reality he is good humoured and attentive . He likes cracking jokes when the situation/ tense atmosphere in the shop arise which is mostly meet with puzzlement by most customers . Staff are friendly if you are a regular and all have their own idiosyncrasies so always be ready/quick to query them if the answer is not clear enough . This Mini Post Office is better than for waiting times than the PO in North Finchley . Also so much better than the one in Temple Fortune which is reviewed elsewhere . Thanks for reading .

Very rude and closed the door before 5:30, when I said it is only 5:20 he told me I was wrong, who knew his watch is better at keeping time than a IPhone

Currently waiting in a queue out the door (it's 3 degrees outside). Only one counter is open and operating, despite the 3 workers in the shop. Been in queue for over 15 minutes... No end in sight... Damn these letters to the US.

I wanted to check the opening times yesterday and found all these negative reviews. I think they are unfair and find the staff friendly and helpful, albeit somewhat harassed at times but I think this is because they are busy and it looks as if the systems they have to deal are not easy.
