I am a regular customer but not a happy one. They close the self-service every day around 1 (one of the busiest time) because they're at lunch! It's ridiculous that people have to wait 20 min (sometimes even more) just to buy a stamp.

Saturday 2pm: All self-service machine s out of order, 1 general counter open, long queue moving very slowly. After 20mins I left as would have had to wait another hour. No manager in sight. Surprised customers were not complaining.

the counter staff should consider the other customers waiting, instead of chating away with their friends even after the servicing them- the cahat was about how the persons holiday was ,when they went abroad and how was the trip around the country, and this carried on for at least for five minutes after the person completed his transaction, i was told what can i do by the counter staff if have to chat, this not a doctors rurgery .becoming the same as other countries, where work is secondery, no wonder many post offices are closing down

This branch was much better. Customer service is now gone worse! Stay away from a very rude Indian lady at self service counter, otherwise your mood will be ruined. I now walk an extra mile to get a service from a Friern Barnet P.O.
