The lady that is servicing this local post office is not only extremely rude and unprofessional but also doesn't actually perform her duties. I have had a parcel delivered in that local post office. When I tried to pick it up, she wouldn't give it to me because she demanded a delivery card from the delivery firm. The firm never left a note because I had instructed them to deliver the parcel at post office in the first place. 1 week later I still cannot pick up my parcel. PLEASE AVOID THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU CAN until there are changes in the personel. There are actually people that want to work and could have been in that role instead of someone that clearly is unprofessional and doesn;t perform the professional duties.

Do not use this Post Office!!! Queues almost to the door, mainly one female member of staff who is completely clueless and argumentative. This place needs new management ASAP! These people should not be allowed to run such chaos!!

Appalling service. Lady behind the counter took a phone call about her business rates while making a hash of handling my parcels. She finished that call and took another - further slowing down the process. No apology or explanation. Obviously no chance of asking her any questions (delivery dates etc). She finally did get off the phone and took a further age to get her mind back on her job to give me my change. Long queue. In short, a rude and inefficient staff member. I had earlier heard her complaining of a cash shortfall, as someone had walked away without paying - I can certainly see why, if this is the normal standard of service at this branch!

The lady at the counter was on a personal phone call for ages. She shouted at the woman in front of me. She was rude when it came to my turn, not wanting to sell me things that had an obvious price on because "it's not her job" Made me go to the back of an incredibly long queue for writing out my address. When she forgot to charge me for an item she SHOUTED at me. Didn't apologise for her rude behaviour at any point. Would rather walk 30 minutes to another post office not just because of he service but also because it would be quicker!
