I spoke to one of there staff, who seemed to be completely of there head on drugs. He was unhelpful mean and disrespectful. I went to there branch earlier this week and they told me I had no packages when I clearly had a not from them stating I had one at the office that needed singing for, from the day before. Totally incompetent I can't say I would want to use there service.

The opening hours here are a lottery. At best the place is open part time but they often seem to shut early. Also when there was a half inch of snowfall they didn't open at all. No courtesy note on the door to explain why. All in all a poor service given by unreliable humourless staff.

The advertised opening times on website are until 1800 hours. Paid for car parking ticket , went to office and it shut at 1600hrs. Why advertise the wrong times. Came home empty handed having wasted 45 minutes.Hopeless.
