Slow service even though there was only one person in front of me, then the two young ladies decided to have a long conversation before serving me, no smile or apology, plus they then had to use a calculator to deal with my simple request, unbelievable! This small Post Office is at the back of another store in the high street opposite McDonalds, & i should imagine it gets really busy in there at certain times, since the original Post Office that closed down was so much bigger & spacious to queue.

Rarely opens on time. Can often be 9.20-9.30 before it gets opened, and today (21/9) having waited for 25 minutes outside, the man who runs the shop part arrives and says the post office will not be opening today as not enough staff. Really not good enough. Understandable that people are unwell sometimes, but then a sign should have gone up on the door BEFORE 9am so a least people would know. Also, understandable that people get stuck in traffic or a late on occasions but when it happens so regularly, it's clear these are just poor excuses. Not good customer service. I'm going to use Emsworth Post Office from now on.
