Absolutely incompetent. If this were a business, it would be bankrupt. FIVE times ive handed in the requested info. I have reciepts. Yet we still keep getting letters and having benefits stopped. Very difficult when you are looking after a disabled son. We are under a lot of stress as a family and both adults are vulnerable mentally. They actually drive you to the point of wanting to kill yourself. Not even kidding

I've always found the borough council of Havant very helpful. The staff seem friendly and any concerns ive had, have been dealt with promptly.

we have complained about branches falling from this tree and now there is a large branch blocking the path in Morelands park where children use the walkway everyday for school. ref number we were given when we rang and complained 654021 this has been over 2 weeks

Every experience I've had With Havant Borough Council over the years has been poor. Terrible customer service. •Responses to the continued reporting of dog fouling (with evidence of the offender) fell on deaf ears with every excuse not to engage the offender. •Issues with New Lane cemetery (homeless campers) and human fouling by lorry drivers from Eastern Europe and a demolished gate post left for months. Many people have complained to no avail. •Poor planning decisions made in spite of strong objections made by people having to live with the cheap monstrosities constructed by garden grabbers. •East European lorry drivers parking along Eastern Road on double yellow lines and using the pavement or cemetery to strip wash and defecate. No action. •Reporting of a residents garden becoming a wilderness, encroaching into neighbouring properties and encouraging rats. Action was promised stating it contravened planning laws. Nearly 3 years later.... informed by a new member of staff that actually it didn't! So tough. All these issues have been dealt with poorly. The reporting of human faeces by the cemetery entrance especially was met with complete indifference, and at one point I was actually spoken over with childish attitude.

To Whom it may concern, I would like to pass on my congratulations to the Engineering works Team consisting of Barry and Ian. I own a property backing onto the south st car park and because the car park is to be resurfaced it was a concern as to how my access was to be tackled due to the need of an additional step. I asked Barry and Ian for their thoughts and with much consideration to the looks of my property and the need to make the area attractive , they undertook in a very pleasant and obliging manner to make the area and the step sympathetic to the rear of the property. It is refreshing to see how two members of your staff can be so polite, and nothing too much effort to put my mind at rest and produce a high quality finish. Thank you very much Toby Sherwood.
