Doesn't even deserve one star, absolutely useless staff, went to pick up a parcel but the waste of space I spoke to couldn't be bothered to get the parcel and now I've lost money because of him. Absolutely fumin. Royal mail are an essential service who every other time have been fantastic, but this branch is an embarrassment to the company. Avoid at all cost
Collecting a parcel that couldn't be delivered as we were out. Never again. Absolute chaos. Room the size of a small shed with the door open all the time in the freezing cold,people queueing outside down the path. Co-vid must have gone altogether at the Royal Mail because there was no chance of social distancing. Only two staff on trying to deal with everything against the oddsnot their fault. Car parking completely inadequate. Whoever is in charge of organising that shambles needs replacing immediately. Last time I went there it was a lot better. If it aint broke dont fix it!
The good thing about this place is it's open late for those needing a post office after work. The bad thing is the actual post office is terrible. It just looks terrible, old, dirty, there's barely any space inside. The staff are generally very good and helpful, but a renovation is certainly warranted.
Unnecessary attitude, it doesn't hurt to at least be a little nice. Jumped up fool on the front desk who thinks my life depends on him, needs to chill out a little bit or put someone else on the front desk. Sort the attitude.
Never answer the phone been trying to speak to someone about my missing parcel that's in your office since December and still cant get through.
Never had a problem here. Although the parking could be better the staff have always been helpful
A much needed service which seems to operate very well. Very busy after the recent Bank Holiday and could have done with more than the usual 1 on the counter. 25 minutes to get served on that day. Not good when disabled and standing queuing the only option
Never had a problem and come here all the time to collect my parcels when they leave a card. Customer service isn't the best I have experienced before but at the end of the day I always get what I came for.
Original delivery was Dec 1 I've waited in now for three days, tried calling royal mail and I have not received any idea as to whats happening to my order. JH 561496777GB
Local Royal Mail Parcel collection centre an postal hub / Centre.!! Would like say great things about the Royal mail bit unfortunately there isn't much ya can say these day!!! Once a thriving national service that was promt an efficient!! Unfortunately these days since its been privatised its over manged, under maned, under funded an slowly on the brink of failure. Don't know why they even bother offering a parcels delivery service!!. Pretty much everyone I've been sent that doesn't fit in your letter box, ya have go collect!! What's point. The service is in the dark ages in comparison too the likes amazon, Dpd, UPS etc. This is no means a reflection towards the staff on the shop floor!! There is some amazing people part of the team, an are ofter going up an beyond to do there best to deliver a service that had all its funding stripped an resources depleted!!
