Accepting a property with Bolton at home housing association, was the best thing I have done, staff polite and funny, standard of property well maintained compared to my previous landlord, I would love to recommend these people to any prospective tenant in future.

Cant give a zero. Kick me out of home for a week to remove asbestos, less than a year later the asbestos team return to remove asbestos and leave me with no bathroom ceiling which left my young child terrified and my disabled partner without warmth which aggravates disability. When subcontractor replaces ceiling they leave a pull cord in the centre of the doorway. Only a couple of months later and the replaced lightbulb for the new fitting blows. Its late night at weekend and they expect hardware shops to be open to go and replace a new bulb which was originally their responsibility. Do i risk my disabled partner or our young child falling (or teenage girls being walked in on) or do i pay the astronomical £49 call out fee? B@H..... cowboy company seperated from council on a tax fiddle *edit* hope i dont get charged £98 due to 2 staff turning up.

Im left with no hotwater or heating for 4 days and i have a baby. And apparently it's not classed as an emergency when he needs bathing, bottles need washing and its freezing! Are they going to pay my electricity bill to use a electric heater all day

If it was possible to give 0 star then i would. Fast to take money but when it comes to anything else very slow.
