Having dealt with many Mercedes dealer over the years, buying dozens of cars for our chauffeur company, I can honestly say the service that Holly provided was second to none. I bought an S Class from another dealer back in January which is still, yet to arrive after being told we could have it that month! I walked into Mercedes Bolton on the off chance and said I wanted to speak to your best and most attentive sales person. I was then sat with Holly who took everything I said seriously even when she asked what Im looking for and I replied 'lots, starting with an S class followed by at least 5 V classes'. Holly then looked through their database and said she'd found us an S class. I paid a deposit there and then. Within 2 weeks it would have been sooner if it wasn't for the finance company messing about it was delivered. As I told Holly, we are looking for more cars, particularly S class as they are so difficult to get hold of, she has been in contact since to let me know what they have coming into stock. Although they have not been the spec we wanted, im sure Holly will find a vehicle that will be perfect. I can honestly say that Holly is one of the best sales reps I have dealt with, particularly from Mercedes and could not recommend her highly enough. I have attached few photos below from its photo/video shoot recently ready for its advertisement for hire.
Had 3 recalls done on my GLC coupe and the team in Bolton was super helpful! Big thanks to Meghan for assisting with all the process and also helping with my follow up software update error too; providing me with a courtesy car and getting my car ready to pick up next day! and also to Andre who was also super helpful By carefully explaining what was wrong with the car and also the type of service my car will be need in future. Great knowledge about the product which makes most car owners feel safe when they bring their cars to dealerships and all round very good team! And thanks for the complimentary valets. Highly recommended!!
Poor communication/after sales. I booked my car in for an MOT and service a month in advance. At 3pm they rang me to say my car was ready but they hadn’t done the MOT as they had an issue with their equipment and they will do it tomorrow, and would ring when to re-drop my car off. I asked if I could keep the courtesy car but they said no. I traveled back to Bolton to drop the courtesy car back off and was assured by Abby that she would ring me in the morning with an update. She never bothered ringing me back, so I rang back the day after and told me that the issue still hadn’t been fixed. I totally understand when things break down, I get it completely, but if you say you’re going to ring me, then ring! I paid nearly £600 for the service and it seems that’s all they’re bothered about. I had a the week before Christmas booked off, my car booked in for service & MOT on the Monday and I was searching for a local MOT garage on the Wednesday which ruined my time off. The customer service is really disappointing and I’ll take it to another dealer next year. Abby said I’d receive a questionnaire to review them and surprise, surprise I haven’t.
My daughter recently purchased a vehicle form Marshall’s over the Christmas/New Year period. The whole experience was smooth and flawless. Dane took care of everything and made sure he kept us informed of every stage of the process. He personally delivered the vehicle to our house which by no means was near to the showroom. He even delivered a brand new spare key personally a week later and has got back quickly when called. We’ve taken out a service plan and whilst waiting for Dane on one occasion at the showroom I was sat in the service waiting area. I saw how the service staff interacted with waiting customers, friendly, informative. Initially we were going to get the vehicle serviced at a local Mercedes garage but having dealt with Dane and seeing first hand the service staff work we’ll definitely be going back to get the vehicle serviced. Excellent service highly recommended to purchase, from start to finish from Holly sorted my E63s deal out quick. As I wanted a quick hassle free purchase saw the car on Sunday was ready for handover by Thursday with all work Service, MOT and relevant wear and tear parts replaced. I Did have a slight issue with it the day I picked it up when I got home realised the steering cant be adjusted but the warranty covered it at a main dealer near me didn’t have to drive back to Bolton
On visiting your showrooms I met Dane Mula and spent some time with him explaining the vehicle I was looking for. Dane called me several times over the following weeks offering me various vehicles of the model I required, unfortunately they were not the specification I was looking for. However, I have to say that in all the years I have been purchasing cars and the many salesmen I have dealt with, I found Dale to be one of the best I have come across as he keeps in contact and follows up all the time trying to make the sale. Unfortunately on this occasion I will not be purchasing a vehicle from you as I have found the exact one I have been searching for at another dealership.
Provided a brilliant service, Neil went up and beyond to help me find the exact car I wanted. Couldn’t be more happy with the service in a whole & also the aftercare.
Great service, amazing sales and customer service. Dealt with Holly from start to finish who was absolutely fantastic from the moment she came to greet me and deserves a rise and a bonus to boot!! ... Not only was I sold on my dream car but I was sold on Holly's attitude, attention to detail and smile. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to look after me. Looking to go back for my partner's new car and my mums.. So definitely couldn't recommend more!! Credit where Credit due.. Thankyou!
Wonderful experience, from start to finish. I have been to to other Mercedes dealers but at Marshall's, Neil provided me the best service. He had all the answers to my questions. Felt happy to deal with someone competent. Overall, excellent experience.
The service I received from Frank Smith was second to none. There were a few hiccups along the way with the delivery of my car and some issues thereafter. However, Frank was quick to resolve them, kept me updated and really went over and above. Would definitely not think twice in working with Frank to purchase my next car. I would absolutely recommend anyone to purchase their car from Marshall MB Bolton.
