Licensing department still living in 80s, area knowledge and math test for private hire is useless because Everything is on app. They should get some training from wolverhampton Council otherwise no one ll apply again.
There should be a option for zero star aswell, 60 plus working in license department who doesn’t know the whole taxi application system is changed in uk, they still living in 80s .
Very friendly staff when registering my sons birth excellent efficiency given current situation. Did however initially have to rearrange app as felt intimidated as guys outside who appeared to be on drugs and walking towards us . Called to rearrange and explained we were outside but didn't feel safe coming in . The lady was extremely understanding and rearranged appointed.
Went re do my mothers blue badge. She had let it run out. Difficult to do on line. From stepping through door service was excellent One person named nasira was a true gentleman. Helped with on line then got us sorted at the final stages. Well done him
Absolute disgrace of a place..staff at the housing section are useless allways trying to palm you off with private renting,hostels or the salvation army when its supposed to be bolton at home oriented...will not be bothering with them again waste of time,energy and money...
