The powers that be at the Post Office need to sort Haywards Heath sorting office out in a big way. I work in Haywards Heath for a magazine publishing service and we never get our post on time ever. The whole system fails because not only does the post get opened late but all the payments that are sent through the post are banked as next day. This is unacceptable our whole business suffers because of Haywards Heath sorting office's bad management and neglectful responsibility to to serve the business community. Plus the amount of miss sorts we get is pretty disgraceful. Sightsavers are not a publishing firm and they are down the road from us. A change in management needs to take place.

Why have a telephone if you do not answer it? I should have two different periodicals (The Week & The Economist) delivered by post, each week. Since March 5 have not been delivered. Are they being stolen? Does anyone(except me ) care? Without an email address and with a telephone that is not answered how does one contact this monolith?
