I get a corp membership with Doddle as my work doesn't allow personal deliveries and the Doddle shop is just up the road. I have used the place twice now and upon entering the store I was welcomed by one of the happiest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet! He explained how Doddle works in a friendly helpful way and then sent his man in the back to get my parcel! The whole process was seamless and I left the store with a smile on my face. My second visit to the store was just as perfect! I walked into the store and was greeted by another happy guy (where do they find these happy people). I used the automatic system this time. I entered my code that I was sent via SMS and Email and he bounced off in his tight trousers (no complaints here! ;) ) and fetched my parcel. I gave him my I.D and he handed me my parcel! Simple! I was in and out in a matter of a few short, happy moments with my parcel. I will be using Doddle for all of my deliveries and it will be a pleasure to do so!

Upon my arrival at 1545 today I was pulling my hair out, as despite numerous attempts to contact Hermes for a returns label, my bid had been unsuccessful. Between them, the two young assistants helped me access my email account and then they printed off the elusive label. I departed a much happier bunny and can't thank them enough for their efficient service - Annie

Really impressed with Doodle so far, it offers great value on packages (far better that the post office) and is located in really convenient places. The staff in Haywards Heath are some of the most friendly and helpful I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Easy modern and friendly, great service.
