Failed to deliver my package when on the same street, reported it to customer service waited from 8 am till 11 am for the delivery. The rude advisor illegally placed my package on retention the only lawful reasons to retain a package is if it's in customs or if I ask for it to be held on my behalf neither is the case, I was honest and told her the truth about what the public general thought of royal mail's reliability. Now my best friend won't be getting her present because of the childless antics of the so-called customer service advisor. It is a criminal offence for a postal operator to intentionally delay or open a postal packet, contrary to his duty and without reasonable excuse, in the course of its transmission by post Section 831 Postal Services Act 2000.

Always seen quickly, speedy to collect parcels. Limited parking, BUT all good as customers are in & out within 5-10minutrs, so aspace will soon become free if not already.

When it eventually got to my turn which took a bit of time and was the only issue I had because there was just one person attending to everyone else. I was attended to promptly

Failed to deliver, multiple times, then turn up to collect today and on strike. Considering we’re relying on these parcels for medicine. Poor customer service! Striking yet they can’t do there job properly in the first place!

A stack of letters was left abandoned in our porch with no attempt to put them through the letterbox or ring on the doorbell. We were at home all day. The post included a contactless debit card which could have easily been stolen. The bundle of post would also have alerted potential burglars if we had been away. The postal worker was a woman that we have not seen before and we hope not to see again.

Staff blasting music in the back as if it were a house party not a job, couldn’t hear or speak because of it, one staff member had to tell their colleagues to stop with the music and loud banter. Very patronising and rude to customers. My parcel was stolen and nothing was done about that too. Also my medication was posted to a different address which was an empty flat so I had no medication until I could get an emergency prescription which I had to then pay for a second time, Royal Mail did nothing about that too.

By far the worse delivery office I ever came across in the UK. I have been sending parcels from Brighton to Inverness and the only problems I ever experience are at Oxford East DO. Week long delays, if I am lucky. Lost parcels or stolen at most of the cases lately.

Good and fast service. However, there is no bike parking and the signage to get there is not great.

Go here to collect parcels. Staff are friendly and usually find stuff pretty quickly
