I don't usually write reviews but I had to because the staff here were so kind and helpful. They helped me receive the information I needed quickly without any issues.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at this office. Every time I have telephoned I have spoken to a member of staff almost straight away after the recorded message. The staff have always been really helpful and courteous.

I've just phoned and almost straight away the phone was answered by a very friendly and helpful gentleman.

I am fed up of ringing this office to be systematically told everyone is busy and to ring again only to get immediately cut off again!!!! How many time must I ring to get this ignorant response? What kind of service is that? ...basically plain rude, as if they don't care at all........................HMRC mates will be quick enough to screw me for Inheritance Tax though!!!!

Dreadful, when I ring I get a recorded message saying "Please wait to be connected to a member of staff". One moment later I hear a message that says "All our members are busy please call later" and get cut off immediately. No matter what time of day I call, the same happens. Totally unacceptable, quite obviously no one is manning the phones!
