Always a friendly smile and backed up with efficient service. I've never had a problem picking parcels up. The only draw back is the somewhat odd times they are open but hey it's a small thing really.
Have a parcel waiting for me, but close too early, so can't collect due to working.
I go here almost daily to drop of my vinyl record parcels for my customers. Alway happy and welcoming, nothing seems be a problem. 99% of my items get to my customers safe and across the world.
Shuts too early for people who work to pick up parcels!!!
We were due to have a card last Thursday, and everyone else in the two blocks had their's, but not us. Plus what's the use having a telephone in the sorting office, when one picks it up, there are staff there so shorly a person can pick it up, unless they have got no hands
The most useless opening hours for those that work normal hours.
3 items of wrong post delivered today, postman didn't care and walked off. Tried to phone and of course no one answers. 1 star is too many. Always getting wrong post delivered weekly but today was the final straw
Never had any issues collecting parcels from here. Staff polite and friendly. Always let me check envelope first it insufficient postage has been paid, get a lot of spam mail this way. Parking on site difficult, but 5 minutes walk from Orchard or St Johns free parking. Don't forget your I.D
Trying to phone is a nightmare. On the phone for 30 minutes. They picked up twice and put it down again. What does it take to get them to answer the phone?
Not happy!!! I work 8.30 - 5.30 5 days a week and unfortunately missed my parcel. On the note they left me it said "if someone is retrieving the parcel for you, they have to bring YOUR id" sent my sister to fetch it for me with my driving license and they wouldn't let her have it!!!!!!! Fuming!!!!!!!!!
