The staff here are absolutely fantastic and have given me so much support. During extremely difficult and worrying times, the staff have been great with making the necessary referrals; they have given great advice and have always shown genuine interest in how I'm doing and understand what I've been going through. Always polite members of staff greeting and interacting with me and my children by the door, and I have worked with many wonderful work coaches in this building. The staff here have helped me to get back on my feet and supported me massively in ways to equip me with the tools to work and to manage my mental health; which is a big positive. I am extremely grateful for all the support! Fantastic team of people. :
2 of the 3 G4S security staff there need sacking. The manager is complete oddball. Little respect for basic rights
take too long to resolve issues they create, all but my present work-coach have been incompetent, random people change your details to incorrect details causing you to get less benefit, its men women and children's lives they play with and its not a game
Just told me to wait ....after 30 min "just wait" after 1h just wait.....all alll this just to leave a maternity form that shoud take 10 sec....like in a post office box.....i actualy can lose my job for waiting in there. On the form says "drop it in any job center plus office" ...i better drive 50 miles to hand it to the source ...will be faster.. Avoid.
Some of the staff are lovely but it's difficult to understand what's going on. The set up could be improved with a greeter
