The lady I saw today gave me so much encouragement and good advice - her name is Debbie.
It’s a shame they don’t get back to you an don’t keep phone appointments nor the promise to ring later that day or arrange another appointment very distressing when you are trying to seek an answer so you don’t get sanctioned
Well this place is a joke to the woman security guard you are so rude. Jobcentre say they are here to help you when they are not really helping they are putting people down and making the situation worse and they think it funny.
If it wasn’t for this people I would never have my first proper job.nPeople complain to much about this service but it’s helping people find work and that is their aim.nI tried other employment programs which didn’t work but they found a way to improve myself. Thanks job centre plus
Like any business the job centre staff have good days and bad but if they like you and you are polite and calm you get better customer services from the staff there. I did a month of work experience there which is why I can understand why they are sometimes late or slightly rude.
