Opening times too limited 08:00 - 10:00 Initially reduced for COVID 19, looks like Royal Mail intend keeping them as is.

I know this isn't royal mail's fault directly but I was waiting for a delivery for a present and the courier parcel force decided to put my parcel in the wrong truck and send it somewhere else , therefore costing me more money to have it redelivered through royal mail

Placed a complaint regarding the irresponsible attitude and rudeness of one of their staff .. have still yet to receive an apology or assurance that the issue will be dealt with.

20 minutes ringing the bell before anyone came to the desk. Staff friendly when they did come
