If you even think for one minuet an estate agent's job is to just get viewers and negotiate prices think again. I hadn't moved for 15 years so I had forgotten how much is involved. Hendersons are worth their weight in gold I had, a let's say, a challenging chain which took over 6 months to complete, every step of the way Hendersons battled against each obstacle as it arose and there were tears, stress and problems galore. I have to give a special shout out to Graham Henderson which I have to say without his help and keeping abreast of everything for all those months my move would not have happened. Thank you Graham. Not forgetting the ladies in the office on the front line who were helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

Had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Henderson’s. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and full of knowledge.  Also a special thanks to Karin, who advised and supported us along every step of the way, honestly can’t thank her enough, nothing was ever too much trouble and she went above and beyond for us. We were selling our Mums house at a distance and Hendersons made it so easy. From meeting Nick when he visited the house we were impressed with his attitude and personality, which made us feel comfortable with the whole process. All communication by phone and email was prompt and friendly. The sale was quick and efficiently dealt with. Martin and the other staff were great, making sure we knew when things were happening. I would highly recommend Hendersons to everyone as they aren’t like other estate agents in the very best way.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys!! They love what they do and are passionate and fantastic at it!! Outstanding service! Sincere thanks to Nick and the rest of the team for all their hard work in helping us to buy The White Linen Guest House, in Whitby. There were a number of problems along the way and I'm sure many 'internet-based' agents would have fallen at the first hurdles and allowed the sale to collapse. That was not the case with Nick who took personal responsibility for sorting some of the problems and did a great job of liaising between solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henderson's. One of the most professional firms of estate agents that we've ever dealt with.
