I've had good orders and bad order's from this place, kebabs are quite bad but their burger's aren't too bad. They did have a tendancy to forget the simplest things even though the order was repeatedly checked over the phone before I collected. It's not a welcoming or attractive place to go into. The kitchen is completely shut off to the customer's eye which will definitely effect their business with some customers who prefer to see the staff handling the food. Honestly this place needs improving in order for it to attract and retain new customers.

50mins for delivery when initially saying 15 mins. When calling back asking where my food was, they didnt seem to care, and told me that they had orther orders. Simply dont tell me you will be round in 15 minutes and then tell me nearly an hour later that my food will be another 10-15 minutes, considering i obly live accross the road! Not okay.
