Been using Herbie's for over 2 years now. Why on earth anyone using dominoes mini pizzas or Pizza Hut even smaller pizzas is beyond me. The phone call experience is always Polite and delivery times pretty much ban on. I don't mind waiting an hour for a.pizza. They say an hour and an hour it is. Sometimes, not often, you get lucky and it's 20 mins. Their not busy for producing rubbish. Fair Play Herbie's.Your Pizzas and side orders taste Great. Thankyou

Absolutely rubbish service - ordered our pizza at 8:30, called them at 9:15 for an update to be told the pizza will be arriving soon - waited a further 30 mins then checked online for order update - it was now 9:45 and the online update said arriving at 9:31... Called them again and they said "We're busy but we'll make the order now - when I contested as it had been well over an hour now they had no compassion whatsoever and had the nerve to say they can't do anything about it. I asked for the managers details and they refused to give a name. Pathetic service - will never order from them again.

This place used to be good at one point....it is now officailly a pile of poo. 
The guy on phone was rude...we waited over an hour for pizza. To call to be told he doesnt have our order. Then says ill make it now with no mention of discount or something to make up for rubbish service. 
We told him screw it keep your pizza....left kids hungry waiting for these incompetent people. NEVER AGAIN! worst service possible. 
Do not put money into businesses that dont value the customer.

I am utterly repulsed with my experience this evening,I had family over from abroad and after a long adnd exausting day out decided to place and order with these guys,when we recieved our food ititcold was cold,tasteless they and not clean,you could clearly taste the use of cheap ingredients and upon reporting my experience to the horrible person on the phone who immediately went all defensive and tottally ignored the point I was trying to make and rather than listening and understanding my issue threatened me with physical violence aswel as blaming me for their incompetence.

Friendly Staff members and Lovely Tasty Pizzas which actually arrive on time and hot! I would highly recommend Pizzas from here.
