My order tonight was utterly disappointing. My ebi katsu were overfried, dry, brown with about a teaspoon of sauce. Why is your takeaway service so terrible? Is it because customers can't return the food or complain more vocally?The portion of vegetables for £5.00 had 3 small stalks of tender stem broccoli and 6 mangetouts. Doesn't even count for your 1 a day.
The food here is absolutely fantastic, with a plethora of options to choose from, particularly for vegans. The staff are incredibly friendly, exuding warmth and a welcoming demeanor. They go out of their way to accommodate families with children and pushchairs, making it a truly inclusive and enjoyable dining experience for all.Food: 5/5
Wagamamas is my favourite restaurant in England. Service is always good and friendly. Always go for the chicken ramen. Great service from OH today in high Wycombe very friendly and receptive !Food: 5/5

I feel like the quality of service is dropping, our food took 25 mins to arrive, yes they where a little busy but it was 6:30 on Friday so not a huge rush. My Katsu was reasonably good but not as good as I remember the previous time i had it. As other people have mentioned they have good range of Vegan food which helped as my friend is Vegan. I hope the quality of service was a one off.
The food was average tasteless to somewhat. The prawns on my prawn firecracker -6 small prawns compared to before half the size and plate filled with peppers and spring onions. Not value for money at all. The fish was too spicy and you couldn’t taste anything else. I guess the heat took away anything that might have been there. My daughter ordered a gyoza raman again lacked flavour. Shame as the prawn Raman was really good. Staff were busy getting takeaway orders ready as drivers standing at doorway. I guess could be a reason they didn’t pay attention to guests sat inside. Will be a while before we return. The franchise needs to sort itself out if it wants to survive the current climate. Cutting a lot of corners. I’d rather pay more for a decent meal.
Made a quick stop after work. The chicken katsu felt like I was back in Hawaii. They gave me extra rice and extra curry. Had to pay a little more but totally worth it. The curry has the right amount of spice and the salad they snuck on there was perfectFood: 5/5
Everytime when I go there I would like to come back again soon. Food is delicious, they have a nice range of product including vegan ones, very tasty. I had the feeling that this time they abused a little bit of the smoke sauce as it smelled a bit like burned although the taste was amazing. Normally the waiting times are not very long. Prices are average. Last time I tried the beer-cider for the first time and it was so good even when it was a tin.
Good place for a pan Asian fusion meal. Service somewhat lacking - my husband had almost finished his main course before mine had even arrived and even then we had to remind staff of my order.Food: 5/5
