Lovely old building in a very rural location. The staff are super friendly, service is amazing and the food, top notch. We'll most certainly be back. Strongly recommend, Gammon was the best we've ever had.Service: 5/5

Just enjoyed an excellent lunch at the Royal Inn, probably the best battered fish I have ever had, good size portions, attentive staff, will certainly visit again!
Poor poor microwave food, service abysmal. Stood at bar and completely ignored by young boy and girl, asked for sour cream to go with chill and was given salad cream. Food very poor and bland. Bought in frozen food. Decor dirty and tired.
Called in without booking for a Sunday lunch. We were welcomed to a delicious roast beef with a good choice of Cornish ales.
