Great campsite. Generally very quiet. Good showers and cleaning facilities. Best of all next to a great pub with good local ales and delicious food.

A quiet site just what's called for over a.long weekend. Easy to switch off and relax.

Superb little campsite right next door to the Pub. Level pitches, good TV reception and 4g phone signal. Handy for Oswestry or Shrewsbury both around 10 miles away. The pub is excellent good food & beer at reasonable prices seems popular with the locals too, which is always a good sign. Staff are very friendly humorous and accommodating. Nothing like the sign displayed in the pub see picture

As you can imagine, currently the pub here is closed. When it's open The Royal Hill, on the banks of the river Severn is a beautiful spot to enjoy good beer and great food. Hopefully it can reopen soon. Even if it's just the outside seating areas.

Great Fish and Chips were had and the beer was great. The location is the real winner with exceptional views and the river right next door. We camped and the facilities were ok. Showers and loos up near the pub. Children are not usually allowed to camp which is a real shame but I was told the reason and could understand.

A great place for food and drink. The pub understandably does get extremely busy in the summer due to It's close proximity to the river Severn and due heavy flooding in the winter you might not get there. Saying that there is always a friendly face welcoming you. Just a great place to be.

Fantastic place - lovely campsite, next to the river, and pub right there.  Really amazing food - gammon, fish, and steak all superb - and excellent beers - highly recommend the Three Tuns, and Oracle.  And great staff.  Thank you!

Had a fun and relaxing one night stay at the campground with friends just days ago. The Pub and Restaurant were the perfect place to retreat for drinks, food, and some card games during a somewhat cool evening outside. The lasagna was delicious. They were pet friendly aswell. Thank you Royal Hill Inn!

We love it there its amazing with really nice people

First class camping site with brand new toilet block and parking area. Great good at reasonable prices and a excellent range if real ales, cider and pils. Two pool tables and Sky TV.
