Since the new managers took over Nov 2021 the site has improved tremendously. Still has the fantastic scenery and wildlife plus boating and fishing in the 25 acre pool, together with a great community of people but is now a far happier place to be. We’ve already held a Charity event, the bowls has restarted, the pavilion is being refreshed and a Jubilee weekend is on its way. Yay!

We have been on site 6 years, having previously had a Caravan and then upgraded to a New Lodge. The new managers.. Pauline and Andy have made a big difference to the site.

My husband and I have now been on Marton Pool for the past 12 months and we absolutely love it. It is so peaceful and relaxing.  The gardens are immaculate and everywhere is well kept, tidy and clean.  We have found the Managers and owner to be extremely helpful whenever we have requested anything. Would not want to be anywhere else.

I have put the review on again because it as been off Had a lodge on this site for just over fourteen months, the managers are awful and the owners are bullies. They own three sites and all of them are in the bottom part on Google reviews. Even the owners of the caravans and Lodges on Marton pool have got a WhatsApp group and all they do is complain about the owners and manager. Don't buy on this site as there are allot better sites around that area.

We have just recently purchased a caravan at Marton Pool and having dealt with both James and Julie the site managers, we felt that they made the process of our purchase very simple   they are a credit to the company . We had been looking for a suitable location not only to have the ideal caravan but to have the ideal site and this ticks all the boxes. We  are looking to spend many happy times there.

Lovely site. Very good amenities. Grounds well kept and so beautiful. Lake impressive. You can sail or fish.

This site used to be good, unfortunately the decent owners that had some sign of morality have departed and the site has been taken over by utter con artists.  Beware the elderly especially, as they love to target you and your hard earned money

Came here looking to buy a caravan about a month ago, having previously been an owner on the park. Wasn't made to feel welcome on park by wardens,  Park lacks soul I can now understand why all our friends have left too.

The most beautiful setting. Hills all around, such a peaceful feeling and the wildfowl are amazing
