Had major breakdown last year in the summer time last year in the summer time admitted myself to hospital with self harm. The reception there was volitile no control of there patients acting agressevily towards me I tried to get help but was ignored. Ended breaking my hand in anger as no one would help against a wall no effort was done to help me calm down. I left early to escape not in any fit state. They gave care to others I felt singled out. I took an overdose in winter went to Ari and back to Fraser ward. Same again they ignored me had to ask for a chat. They did not have time for me. Same scenario they had a clique of people they helped. Ended up cutting my wrist after 2 ocassions on the same night after the first they let me out again and this time it was serious Ari job. No after care payed more attention to another man that self harmed. They kept on forcing me to say I was ok discharged in 3weeks. Place was untidy unsanitary and health hazard. Management didn’t do there job with there staff at Frazer ward. Disgusting
If you’d actually like to be seen by people who care about you, then avoid this place like the plague. They will consistently make false promises until their time with you is up.nnThese horrid reviews aren’t because people are far too harsh, it’s because cornhill and many other mental health services like them DO NOT do their job correctly and seemingly don’t care about their patients.
Currently serving in the Armed Forces, the staff Dunnottar Ward have been more than helpful.nThey are respectful on top of being proffesionally efficient at all times on each and every individual wants or needs.nThank you for your mostly unseen or unheard of dedication. Hope we'll meet again in the future under better circumstances.
Have been under the care of Dr Innes . The treatment I have received has been excellent. Very caring and patient. Keep up the good work. Alistair and Michelle
My Wife was in huntly ward shocking staff attitudes medical mistakes and no one will communicate with relatives the doctor was amazing throughout the frazer ward is exceptional kind caring and really go the extra mile corgarth ward yet to experience.
