We had an unexpected visit here whilst on a Christmas holiday visiting family with our 1 year old. Everyone here was so brilliant and caring, at a really difficult time for us. From the nurses Tay, to the surgeons Roma, anesthesiologist Peter, surgery team and the activity area staff - they were all simply fantastic. The level of care was so unbelievably appreciated by me and my husband who had never had to take our baby to hospital before and were so far from home. They even arranged all the transfer of care back to our local hospital. Thank you so much everyone - you helped a very worried mum navigate a hard day

Great staff. Will go out of their way to help. Always there when you need them. Looked after my daughter so well. Made her at peace no matter what tests etc were being carried out. If you ever need to attend the children's hospital I can't recommend enough.nnThe only negative is the rooms don't have Aircon and so when we were there the temp would be well into the high 20C's. Usually higher than 25C. Need cooling of some sort to be sorted in the hospital.
I had very good experienced here. Staff members and Doctors r very helpful. Overall Good service.
My 2 year old had had a foreign object stuck up his nostril and was in pain crying and my husband took him in and was told it was a 4 hour wait! Absolute joke that at 1:40am they wouldn’t see my baby and told my husband to wait or try and get it out himself. We wouldn’t have taken him in if we could get it out ourselves! Disgusting service, specially to kids!!
