Staff amazeing treatment first class food brilliant fully recomend
The care from every member of staff that I had dealings with during my stay was exceptional. They were attentive, caring, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, I felt safe and very well looked after.
The service was excellent. All staff were friendly, attentive and respectful. They all clearly enjoyed their jobs. The hospital was very clean, tidy and well maintained. All contributed to my feeling relaxed during my op and short stay.
I'm Mr critical but my recent spinal operation and overnight stay with BMI Albyn something that I was dreading was a flawless experience.nAll staff were professional, polite and approachable, was kept informed at every point/stage of the process.nEverything was spotlessly clean, food was warm and tasty.nIf I needed assistance within seconds somebody would appear and accommodate the request, even to just get a cup of tea and biscuit.....I felt cared for and privileged and most of all I felt like I was in good hands.
