Mia the nurse on day shift was excellent. Caring, friendly and approachable.nDuring the night I was attended by Amanda, she was also excellent. Very personal, attentive and caring.nBoth nurses are a credit to the hospital and are clearly competent and capable in their respective roles.
I'm Mr critical but my recent spinal operation and overnight stay with BMI Albyn something that I was dreading was a flawless experience.nAll staff were professional, polite and approachable, was kept informed at every point/stage of the process.nEverything was spotlessly clean, food was warm and tasty.nIf I needed assistance within seconds somebody would appear and accommodate the request, even to just get a cup of tea and biscuit.....I felt cared for and privileged and most of all I felt like I was in good hands.
From the moment I arrived, to the time I left, the whole process worked like a well oiled machine.nThere was a steady stream of people with different roles checking and double checking the standard information and any questions I had were quickly answered.nAll staff - I lost count of how many were involved with my care - were very courteous and professional while carrying out their roles throughout the entirety of my day-case stay.nDifficult to identify an area for improvement although I believe that there should always be one somewhere.
Absolutely fantastic care from start to finish. All staff very informative, explained every step and aftercare. All so very friendly right down to the lovely lady who brought me tea & toast. First class service.
Everyone was very attentive and always popping in to ask if I needed anything. My concerns were taken seriously and discussed without making me feel stupid for asking. Everyone made sure I was comfortable at all times and ensured I was looked after well. I was extremely happy with my stay.
