All staff were very helpful and made my stay very relaxed. All the team from entering the hospital were extremely helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands. They allnmade my stay a good relaxed experience which made me confident in their ability to look after me.
I cannot fault any part of my treatment from first meeting my surgeon to now. The A4 three page yellow booklet is excellent. It covers several symptoms that I had to a small degree and explained how they were all normal so is essential to allay any fears a patient may have.
I was very well looked after by all the staff at Albyn. Every question was answered carefully and clearly. I was given clear instruction for my care when I left the hospital and timescales for follow up. I’d like to thank everyone who looked after me throughout my treatment.
Excellent service, could not fault anything. I was treated with the utmost respect and care, made my experience at the hospital so relaxed and carefree, thanks to all staff at the Albyn Hospital.
During my time at the hospital everybody was friendly. My treatment was efficient and respectful. My doctor was very professional, friendly and informative. I found my time at the hospital was a good as I could possibly expect it to be. I will definitely use the hospital again should I require any similar treatment.
