This was my first surgical experience therefore I do not have much of a comparison. All the staff were super pleasant and helpful. I felt as if they had taken the time to understand my operation and a bit of my personal background/life. The day itself went to plan, finished ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. The total treatment period from diagnosis to surgery also happened with minimal delay.
Dr. Stevenson was fantastic, very professional but in a very friendly manner that put me at ease. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. All the staff were polite, friendly and easy to talk too. The room felt very chilly when I first arrived but staff ensured that as I have Reynauds, that I would be warmed through surgery and on return to room. Very pleasant experience
The care received from Ms Lynn Stevenson and the medical team from the initial consultation to surgery and aftercare has been exceptional. Time was taken to explain all aspects of the process; from treatment options, the care to expect and at each stage the introductions to members of the medical team helped to ensure I had no concerns about my care.nThe non medical staff are welcoming and professional, it is obvious that they are very client focused, taking time to make sure their experience is comfortable and safe.nThe facilities are exceptional and both my husband and I are truly grateful for the care I have received.nSpecial mention should be made of Ms Stevenson, Karen from the nursing team and the anaesthetist sorry forgotten his name who through their care made me feel relaxed throughout.
I am very satisfied. Care was absolutely amazing. Staff dedicated and friendly. Thank you
