Awful experience at this pharmacy when I tried to collect a parcel that had been delivered there.  I had the order confirmation email with me to show them and told the staff I had my photo driving licence but they said without a barcode they couldn't hand the parcel over.  I have not been sent a barcode from anyone!  What an absolute joke!  The email had my name and address on, my driving licence and credit cards have my name on but that wasn't good enough for them. The goods (which were needed urgently) are now being sent back to the company I bought them from as the pharmacy wouldn't give them to me. I have also informed the company I ordered the goods from, how poor my experience has been and suggested they don't use Rowlands in future if they want excellent customer service!
