Delicious and authentic food! They have a great menu with both Cantonese and Shang Hai dishes. Everything was tasty and great portion sizes! Also the best sweet and sour chicken I’ve had. Big thank you to Bing for her amazing service, she was very attentive and friendly. They even have a karaoke room available to hire, amazing! This restaurant is really a hidden gem- definitely worth a visit
Spent a great time here with friends. I am impressed by their menu, they really have lots of choices of authentic Chinese food with reasonable price. The taste is also great. One huge advantage is that they have Karaoke! We had nice food and enjoy our favorite songs at the same time. Many thanks for the warm hospitality of the staffs. Would highly recommend!
Really enjoyed my time here! The food was delicious and the menu had such a wide range of dishes. The staff were so friendly too. Had a lovely meal here - don't know why it's taken us so long to visit as we live locally! We had egg fried rice, szechuan beans with pork mince, roast duck and some dim sum. The duck was so so tasty, and the other dishes were all cooked to perfection. Really great dim sum too! We will be back to try more Shanghai dishes.Food: 5/5

After work, dinner with my friends led us to discover this amazing place. Indulge in the Soft Shell Salt and Pepper Crab, a delightful revelation of flavours and textures. The Braised Pork, unbelievably tender, simply melts in your mouth. Crispy Pork achieves a perfect crunch, surpassing expectations. Singapore Fried Rice bursts with aromatic flavours, a true standout. These dishes are among my absolute favourites. Good value for money, friendly staff and the restaurant has a timeless modern design. Great dining experience.
The Cantonese chef at Round Square Restaurant has 30 years of experience, and their roast meats are made by the chef himself, unlike some places that use semi-finished products. The taste is truly different and can be said to surpass many other places! The crispy roast pork has a golden and crispy skin, and the fatty part is like jelly, refreshing and not greasy. The seasoning is also excellent, making it delicious without needing to dip anything. The roast duck has a fluffy and light skin, and the fat under the skin melts in the mouth. The duck meat is tender and firm, making it irresistible. Shanghai Cuisine The Shanghai chef at Round Square Restaurant is a chef from a five-star hotel. They offer a wide variety of Shanghai dishes, including many favorites among connoisseurs. Braised Pork The braised pork is perfectly cooked, fatty but not greasy, tender and flavorful. The thick, red sauce enhances the taste, and the meat easily falls off the bone while maintaining its shape. One piece of meat can be paired with a bowl of rice, leaving everyone amazed after tasting it.

Went back for a third time again and tried different dishes, like the Cantonese steamed sea bass most fresh and nicely steamed with tasty sauce and the roast duck/pork belly and . It's excellent again value for money! I wrote a very favourable review on quandoo.co.uk. So I won't repeat the points here. I will come back to Round Square every time I come to Finsbury Park. It offers authentic Cantonese and Shanghaiese food far better in value than most in Chinatown. You won't be disappointed.
