Brilliant park for all ages. Huge green grass areas for picnics or kicking a ball around etc. A large kids playground (which has recently been renewed and upgraded). The playground is suitable for kids of all ages. There are also Basketball and Skateboard / Scooter area's close to the playground. There are 2 sets of public toilets in the park, one next to the playground and the other next to the boating pond (behind the cafe). The boating pond cafe is great and not expensive at all. It's recently been renovated and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It has a really nice relaxing atmosphere looking on to the pond.

Easily the best local country park to go with friends and family. Great play area and so many other activities for kids. Lots of scenic walking paths. Great for dogs too. Must for fitness enthusiasts. Great for running and outdoor gym equipment installed at the park.

Great park. Lovely walks and beautiful pond. Good play park too. Always busy. Loads of dog walkers. Few places for a cuppa / bite to eat. Ranger centre worth a visit too.

Glasgow has some great parks and this is one of them. Nice place to wander around and walk the dog. Stop off at the boathouse which serves great food. Public restroom there as well which is kept clean.

Great Park for a family walk. Especially if you have kids, it has the best kids play parks I have seen which caters for different age groups. Nice duck pond and lots of woodland for a variety of walks.
