Excellent place for getting out into nature. Kids absolutely love it. Plenty of different walks to suit differing levels of fitness. Well laid out paths, easy to navigate. Winter has taken its toll on a few of the paths with fallen trees. Windyhill is a superb walk at the moment, Knee deep in snow. Access road has very dangerous driving conditions in the cold freezing weather. Very well laid out and equipped centre with excellent, informative staff. Highly recommended for a good walk with kids, dogs or just yourself.

Visitor centre was closed,but they have the toilets open all year round.

Good place for a walk but buzy on a sunday afternoon

Small but nice visitors center. Small café for coffee and tea. Electric car charging point available. Accessibility ramps, and w/c. Plenty 🐦 houses for photography.
