The reception setup is not customer oriented. You enter on a small ground floor waiting room and a notice tells you to sit and wait. You sit hoping someone has noticed and will come down to speak to you.
First visits,  the meet and greet was unfriendly enough to stay with me. Second visit, the meet and greet was even more unpleasant.
I mentioned it to the solicitor who completely ignored it and moved on without a word. 
She made no attempt to apologise, show any signs of regret or even an acknowledgement of the fact that the client is unhappy, regardless of fault. I cancelled and took my business elsewhere. Who knows how they would react if I was unhappy with the actual work!
