We used Rothera Sharp as they were recommended to us by a family member. They were great to work with and very efficient. All has worked out perfectly and we have got all our paperwork in order. The house purchase was smooth thanks to Jan and his assistant. I would definitely recommend them!

We have been at Rothera Sharp and we have been helped by Lucy Pettitt. Well, i hope this review will show our gratitude for Lucy. Lucy has been incredibly professional since the beginning. She is very patient and she has been helping us with all the questions we had. We felt to be protected from her vs the other solicitor. She managed since the beginning everything being very clear and honest. I have heard from my friends that were dealing with other solicitors, that they had many many problems. 
I must say that with Lucy we did not have even one problem. The purchase of the house went very well although we had few obstacles during the process but she handled them with no problems.
Professional, reliable, honest and patient are key 4 skills that can describe Lucy. 
Our next house will be done always using her.

We used Rothera Sharp as our conveyancing solicitors and they provided an excellent service. They thoroughly understood the process and explained each stage to us in a wholly understandable manner. Very quick to respond in writing to any query or request, they were never the cause of any delay in the process. All of this, for a very reasonable cost.

Thanks to Kerry Elliott @ Rothera Sharp - she dealt with a land purchase for me including some very complicated easements and covenants. I was very impressed with her professional manner and felt in safe hands at all times whilst she guided me through the transaction. I would definitely deal with Kerry again - thank you very, very much !

We recently purchased a new house with the fantastic support of Valerie Wilkinson and her conveyancing team at Rothera Sharp. The team handled our sale and purchase, which was not the easiest of journeys due to some challenges with our sale, however Valerie and the team took it all in their stride and supported and helped us all the way!
