Getting an appointment here is like a free for all. The system is absolutely ridiculous and it means you can't book time off work for an appointment, as you never know if you'll even be able to get an appointment! The staff are surprisingly rude to make things worse. I went here for an issue that still hasn't been resolved. All the tests I've had, no one contacted me to tell me the results or that the results had even came! You have to just guess, which I'm pretty sure that's what the doctors here do as well. Honestly, you're better off just booking an appointment at st Mark's hospital. Absolute joke of a medical centre. Another NHS money pit here.

Just made 107 calls between 8.30 and 8.43...and they told me im to late because everything is booked...

Total rubbish. I can't even get an appointment after a 2nd car accident. You get 5 mins at 8.30am at 5mins at 2pm to get an appointment. Totally useless unless your an unemployed bum. The average pay for GPs working in Ross Road Medical Centre in the last financial year was £52,401 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 2 part time GPs and 1 locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months.This is from their own site. Money scamming con. 52k per year PART TIME.

Best Doctors I've ever had! Lovely staff and doctors are great! I've always left there feeling happy that they helped me the right way! This is how other practices should be! Thanks guys for being a great team!
