Bought a car from here. Their after care is absolutely fabulous. Would recommend them to people looking for a good cheap second hand car.

Bought car in Sep 2015. 
There was no oil in the car,  it was brown and the oil cap on the engine had all congealed together. 
I had the handbrake fail, car rolled down hill, luckily no-one was hurt. 
Bald tyre on car.
Front brakes went within 3 months. Need to replace discs and pads at my own expense due to 'wear and tear'.

All problems were fixed under warranty but they shouldn't have been there in the first place. 
Only replies to select emails and doesn't contact back if you phone and leave a message.

Second hand cars must be in good working order and customer's must be told of any previous damage or persistent fault safety must come first to sell a vehicle with a nail in tyre and exhaust fault plus a passenger window that drops open on its own to discover it had been wedged closed and mechanical and electrical parts to open and close was broken wear and tear can be accepted ,

I purchased a Jaguar X Type from this garage April 2014. Steve the owner has been absolutely first class, I have never dealt with such a professional, honest, polite person in my 38 years of buying cars.

With regard the car, well I'm over the moon. It was turned out impeccable, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would certainly highly recommend, anyone considering purchasing another car to give this guy a call. I saw my car advertised on ebay, and had to travel 184 miles from Burton-on-Trent to see & collect. He described the car perfectly, and to be honest was very critical of the car, regarding any damage, scuff's etc! when I spoke to him on the phone.

Enough said, all I can say is carry on with the good work Steve, your a pleasure to deal with. A first class experience, he could teach other dealers a thing or two!
