My company purchased 3x brand new skoda superb car's totalling nearly £80,000, we wanted to upgrade & had been recommended to skoda Gorseinon. After only a few months, the battery, clutch & flywheel all needed replacing on one of them, after emails back & for they agreed to cover them under the 3x year warranty cover but did try & charge us for the labour!! At only 1x year old now one of the other skodas purchased has gone to Gorseinon for repairs. At only 50,000 miles the clutch & flywheel both need replacing & the front passenger side door handle has fallen off!! Also all of the sensors needed adjusting. After numerous phone calls, emails ,text messages etc, we have now been told by skoda sinclaire, that only the sensors are covered under the 3x year warranty cover & the door handle , clutch & flywheel are not covered!! For them to do the work they are trying to charge us £2000 even though the car is only 1x year old!! Extremely rude secretary answers the phone whenever you ring & the management has no respect for you whatsoever, completely money orientated & does not care about customer satisfaction, waited ages just to get the car booked in. Then a week after it being there to be told the work will need to be paid for, complete disappointed is an understatement! ! To think we had another car on order from there!!

Relaxed atmosphere didn't feel pressured at any point. Really helpful staff and very pleasant and polite very informative and helpful with our questions.

Last Wednesday my son was driving our Skoda Fabia 1.2 on a 200 miles journey for an overnight stay with his friend at Swansea University. The car broke down twice on the M4 but but he eventually arrived that evening. The next day at lunchtime I spoke to Simeon in service and explained the situation. He kindly said he could organise for the Skoda to be diagnosed if the car was presented that afternoon. At 16.30 on Thursday the fault was diagnosed as a faulty coil pack on cylinder 1; the repair was performed on Friday at 10.30. Fantastic service, top quality customer care, I could not ask for more. Excellent experience.

Poor customer service, never answer the phone never answer emails, poor workmanship in general, and a total lack of communication and understanding of anything vehicle related in all departments. Will be using a vag specialist in future.

Just bought a used car from these guys. Such a nice salesman, Andrew, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being over familiar. All together an excellent customer experience, thank you.
