Μου αρέσουν πολύ τα προϊόντα τους αναφορικά με την υφή και το άρωμα. Αποτελέσματα εκτός από ενυδάτωση δεν έχω δει, βεβαια δεν έχω και σημαντικό πρόβλημα. Η αντηλιακή μου δημιούργησε ακμή, την οποία θα ήθελα να καταπολεμήσω με προϊόντα της εταιρείας πλην όμως η επικοινωνία είναι φτωχή. Μου απαντάνε μια λέξη κάθε δυο μέρες . Επίσης με στεναχώρησε το γεγονός ότι σε μεγάλες παραγγελίες στο εξωτερικό δεν έβαζαν δειγματακια ούτε σπατουλες. Μου είπε ήταν σε έλλειψη και την επόμενη φορά να το αναφέρω σε σχόλιο . Και που το έκανα δεν όσα διαφορά. Πάλι άδειες παραγγελίες. Επίσης σε ελαττωματικό προϊόν μου είπαν να τους το στείλω με δικά μου έξοδα Ελλάδα κι θα μου το αντικαταστήσουν πάλι με δικά μου έξοδα. Πλήρως απαράδεκτο και δεν το έκανα εννοείτε. Γενικά είναι μια εταιρεία η οποία ξεκίνησε δυναμικά αλλά λόγω φόρτου εργασίας δεν μπορεί να ανταπεξέλθει.  Επειδή θέλω να είμαι δίκαιη ένα μήνα μετά κάνω ένα update. Τελικά αγόρασα τα προϊόντα της ακμής. Εννοείτε ότι η παραγγελία ήρθε λάθος πάλι. Μου έστειλαν το πακέτο της ακμής ενώ είχαμε συμφωνήσει παραποιημένη θεραπεία. Πλειονότητα όμως τα χρησιμοποίησα και είδα αποτελέσματα από την μια εβδομάδα. Τρεις εβδομάδες μετά όλες οι φλεγμονές έχουν φύγει και προσπαθώ να αντιμετωπίσω την δισχρωμια. Έκανα το ίδιο σετ δώρο στην αδερφή μου με χρόνια ακμή και είδε τα ίδια αποτελέσματα! Τα προϊόντα είναι καλά και η εξυπηρέτηση από τα καταστήματα . Δυστυχώς όμως οι ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες δεν κρατάνε το επίπεδο σταθερό. Μετά από 1 μήνα μη ανταπόκρισης και μη παραλαβής της κρεμας, ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων και με ενημέρωσαν ότι ήταν σε προσφορά και ότι θα μου κανουν "ειδική εξαίρεση" για να μου επιστρεψουν τα χρήματα. Κατάφερα τελικά μετά απο 1,5 μήνα και κατόπιν αλλεπάλληλων δικών μου επικοινωνιών να παραλάβω το προϊον καθώς δε δεχθηκα "χαρες" και "ειδικές εξαιρέσεις".Την κρέμα βέβαια δεν τη συνόδευε καμία απολογητική επιστολή και κανένα δώρο για "συγγνώμη".
