My son has been throwing up for 6 months since he was born and nothing has been done apart from recently prescribing Gaviscon which hasn’t helped. Doctor was rude and when I was explaining why he can’t have lactose she smiled and told me that it’s not a lactose allergy even though my son will projectile vomit normal milk and they haven’t tested for any allergies. And even without lactose he’s still being sick but not as much as before but it’s a minimum of 10 times a day and we aren’t being taken seriously, he also has very bad constipation but again just been given laxative’s and no tests have been done at all to find out why he’s being sick or having bad constipation they would rather just give him drugs.
Staff have been polite and helpful.nAppreciate the support from frontline admin / reception to support queries.nThanks to Pharmacy Team for prompt review and update of records and Clinical team for their care.
Had a 11:40am appointment to give a blood sample. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment only to be told the appointment was cancelled. They did say I was sent a text about the cancellation at 9:30am. I was sent a text by the surgery at 9:30am but not it was not concerning this appointment but a reminder about a future appointment. I was not the only one who turned up to be told the same. Apparently a member of staff phoned in sick on a snowy Saturday.
Can’t get a answer to concerns of blood tests can’t get appointment disgraceful how they deal with what your asking about never know a surgery like it can’t get a second opinion all in all no appointments for the working person you have to be willing to stand in surgery at half 8 in the morning to get anything done
What a absolute disgrace of a doctor's surgery.nI have been registered here for 15 years, however in the last 6 months this place has gone to the dogs. I have been trying to get a appointment for 4 weeks. I call when they say at 08:30 to be told I was caller 25. Finally get through but no appointments. Call the next day, to be caller no 8 but no appointments. Its like groundhog day, every morning for 4 werks the same damn thing NO APPOINTMENTS.nToday's excuse was there were only 2 doctor's on due the staff illness.nSo I asked if I come to the surgery at 08:30 will I get an appointment to be told not necessarily!nSo basically you've got no chance of seeing a doctor, no matter what you do!nSTAY CLEAR OF THIS SURGERY
