Absolutely disgusting service the pharmacist have no patience and the lack of respect is horrendous, I have been going to the same doctors for years and it is only getting worse! Me personally working with customers in my job I know that you categorically can not speak to customers in that manner!
Never been good, but the past year the practice has been horrendous. Receptionist can't get information correct, prescription items removed because they were not ordered enough trying to save having items not needed costing the service money, and prescriptions are fully paid for. Advised to order items online when they are not available on the online prescription service! Changed practice after the last encounter, would advise others to do the same. It's a joke when the answer phone says they are here to help!
Some of the receptionists at that practice need a lesson in customer care. Forgot to order1 of my tablets which was due along with my other monthly meds. My daughter dropped them off after work so I only realised late Rather than help me she spoke very condescending to me. I explained I can't go the weekend without the medication her answer phone 1111, ring an ambulance or go to A&E..this is just after 4.40pm I rang 111 they refer me to the pharmacy, pharmacy says Dr needs to sign it off they can't help. So ring Dr back she tells me she listened to the original call again making me feel like.an.idiot and instead of a quick talk with a Dr to get it sorted my options were the above. I check and meds have now been issued after 6pm which I now can't collect until Monday!? Woud name.and shame but I have manners.
This medical centre is the worst they have no nurses on site.nAnd if the doctor's isn't in they will cancel your appointment and not even have the decency to offer you an alternative.nIf you're looking to register for a doctor's look elsewhere.
UPDATED REVIEWnnSo after my last appointment my doctor...nnseen a few doctors from the practice during my treatment who have all been greatnnmentioned that he had noticed the Google reviews had not been great recently and noticed mine within the bad ones. He asked kindly if I could help with my opinion and why I left a 1 star review, which I thought was a touch of class.nnClearly the Dr's do care and are willing to engage the patients to make the practice better, something I've never experienced at other practices. I did mention again my thoughts on reception as I personally believe this is where I've only experienced any problems myself. I'm hoping to see a future improvement as the care from the Dr's have been great during my recent treatment.nn***ORIGINAL REVIEW***nA little bit let down today and i think its honestly down to just one person. Some receptionists go above and beyond. Some just want you off the phone and that's happened 3 times now. I've lost my bag with my medication in, as it stands I will have to wait 7 days to see or speak with someone to get it sorted. When I ran out of medication before, the receptionist managed to arrange over the phone with a Dr to issue more.
