Had appointment this morning for scan, radiographer was very abrupt to the point of being rude and belittling with her attitude and towards young assistant who was working with her. God help anyone who is worried about going if appointment is with her. This NHS employeer needs people skills training!

Appt made and scheduled same morning. Seen promptly and checked over. Staff - reception, doctor were professional. Cafe decent food and counter staff friendly!

All the staff I met were professional and welcoming. I was seen a few minutes early. The building was very clean. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusted with the woman who gave me a ultrasound today what a attitude she had in and out in about 2 mins told I was to big for the scan to pick anything up god help anyone seeing her who is vunrable

The serving staff in the café have very low to nonexistent people skills, and give me the impression they are doing you a favour by serving you.A recent revierwer wrote If your face fitsit must be only locals who's facesnfit and quite clearly mine dose not as I am not a local,  and only using the café twice a week. The   attitude on friday of the café staff seen me leave without purchasing anything .ln future I will be voting with my feet and going elsewhere as there is no shortage  of place's to go with pleasant staff members.
