Attended Thursday & can’t thank all 3 members off staff  reception & cray dept  enough. They were so nice & I felt as relaxed as you can be as a patient.

Inappropriate and Unprofessional Conduct by Medical staffnI am writing a complaint regarding an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience my sister in law and I had during our recent visit to your facility   we were attended by a doctor named Muhammad unfortunately, we were not provided with his last name. Throughout the consultation, his behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply inappropriate and abusive.nnDespite being fully aware that my sister in law suffers from serious knee problems and is unable to bend or move her legs without pain, the doctor attempted to force her to perform movements that she clearly could not do. As a result, she was in extreme pain and screamed during the examination.nnMoreover, the doctor mocked her due to her inability to speak English, which we found to be deeply disrespectful and discriminatory. This behavior constitutes not only medical negligence but also verbal and emotional abuse.nnI have already reported this incident to the appropriate authorities, and I strongly urge your institution to take immediate action to investigate this matter and ensure that no other patients are subjected to similar mistreatment in the future....

First time I've been to this place and I think it had excellent staff and facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a new building with plenty of space and ample car parking.

I go to Houghton primary for the sports section. I play lawn bowl's there in the winter it also as a very good but small café there  for lunch breakfast or just tea and snacks..a a very low price..but closes early about 1.30..the building is always busy on the weekends with kids doing sports.or dance classes. A little on the pricey side which is a shame because more people would use it more ...like me if it were not to pricey.....

Modern clean building with ample car parking. Pleasant, friendly and professional staff. Reception went above and beyond to help me as this was my first visit. Radiography department friendly and professional.
