Great fish and chips and sausages in batter. We went late just as they were closing..still freshly cooked and crispy batter and the chips are nice and brown. Well done
We stopped in on our way through to East Wittering as we are on holiday and wanted some seaside fish and chips!nnThought the place looked quaint, so gave it a shot. So glad we did!nnChips were amazing - golden, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, and boiling hot - perfect! Service was quick and friendly, and parking relatively easy - free residential parking all along the street.nnThey do only take cash, but there are 2 cash machines a short walk away and in a pinch they will accept bank transfer.nnCan't fault the place - highly recommend!
Being a Friday night the shop was very busy. I ordered 2 chicken, 1 cod, 1 scampi and 2 regular fries. Luckily I had the cash with me as no card payments. Order was prepared in reasonable time and was very tasty.
Joined my host in visiting this Fryery for evening mealnI am very impressed with cleanliness everywhere and the friendliness of front counter staff.nI had medium cod and mushy peas.nOn tucking in, exceptional good, well done nVisitor from Nottingham.
Working on a building site round the corner thought I’d try here for a lunch one Tuesday afternoon lovely food and a small portion of chips was just the right amount although my eyes can sometimes be bigger then my belly were I’d normally order a large. Sausage and curry sauce was great too. I’m sure il be back here having a few more lunches when working in the area
