During your walk you can enjoy watching lots of flower beds and green grounds. It has a beautiful lake with swans and ducks swimming in it. You can sit on benches or have a walk around this lake. There's a play area for kids with slides and swings. Kids would certainly love it.nIt is open to the public park and there are no tickets. For details I am adding pictures.
A nice public park for all families friendly, a great place to walk your dog,a hut for coffee teas and meals, and ice cream,a nice place for kids a big playground area also a tennis court and bowling.to buy seeds to feed mostly ducks, swans, they have a generous size duck pond, plenty of walking paths and many benches to rest ,also a bandstand a fountain lovely flowered areas plenty of entrances I think only parking outside of gates, more than enough space on grass for games and picnics or just to relax.all the people the public what I have seen are very friendly courteous and respectful in the park,I know you will enjoy the occasion my review 5 stars.
Really good place to visit. It's huge. Great place for dogs and kids. Playground looks fantastic! Unfortunately not open yet 8th june. There's a lake, bandstand, tennis courts and the cafe was spot on. The bacon sarny was unreal! The size of the rashers were worth every penny. Staff were friendly. Toilets were clean
A beautiful park that's very clean and well looked after, true credit to Stockton borough council, the children loved the play area and feeding the wildlife with the very reasonably priced food from the cafe, toilets were spotless, first time visiting but certainly won't be the last puts Hartlepool parks to shame.
Great park for a walk. Canny little cafe, kids play area, and a lake with ducks, swans, geese etc. There’s a few squirrels around too, the cafe sells peanuts but you have to buy them, the squirrels live in a cashless society.
