Drovers Way Holiday Caravan Park

About

An exclusive family run development of 68 owner-occupied static caravans set in 10 acres of peaceful Tees Valley countryside.

Story

The site was officialy opened by renowned Naturalist and Conservationist Dr. David Bellamy on Monday 12th July 2010. Dr. Bellamy praised owners Chris and Helen Brown for the care they were taking to preserve and enhance the habitat for local wildlife. The park was awarded the highest accolade achievable - the Gold Conservation Award within months of opening and this has been confirmed with a further Gold Award for 2011.

This architect planned and landscaped site is built into the natural contours of ancient farmland sloping gently down towards Coatham Beck.
The Park is adjacent to over 500 acres of community forest with a tranquil atmosphere and abundant local wildlife – the ideal countryside setting for a more relaxed holiday home.

Phase one is now open, with 13 pitches available, including a limited number of extra large pitches. Static caravans from all of the leading manufacturers can be sourced at very competitive prices. Starting at £19950 Pre owned.

Come and have a look for yourself, anytime during the day and summer evening visits by appointment.

Peaceful setting in a well cared for holiday park. A great location to visit places of interest including North Yorkshire and Durham. Community wood which offer great walks. Also well Stocked fishing lakes right on your doorstep. Friendly, caring owners that strive to make Drovers Way Holiday Park clean and beautiful. A home away from home.

Have had a mobile home at Drovers since 2012 and our only regret is that we are not able to visit more often. The site is very thoughtfully laid out and very well maintained. The site owners are incredibly helpful and keen to ensure your stay at Drovers is always a pleasant experience, which it is. Whilst it is secluded the site is also conveniently located for a host of local amenities from restaurants to cinemas to supermarkets and much more besides. Drovers is ideally situated for visiting the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and coast, and we love it !!!

Lovely dog friendly holiday park beautifully kept by friendly family owners. No clubhouse, no playpark, just lovely peace and quiet and lots of opportunities for nature and birdwatching. Private fishing lakes and huge community forest for walking right next door. Handy for national parks and tourist attractions of North Yorkshire. Great local cycle tracks. We have been owners since 2013. Great holiday investment.

Beautiful quiet secluded location, loads of nature all around, the park is well kept and well maintained. It's extremely popular with dog owners. Park owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. We have had a holiday static caravan here for over 6 years and we love it. There are two secluded fishing lakes open to residents and the whole area is a haven for bird watchers and nature lovers in general.

Great place to holiday ,peaceful country surroundings yet easily accessible to towns , moorland and beaches . Site ideal for dog walkers as acres of woodland a minutes walk away , fishermans paradise with lake at bottom of drive . Owners work hard to keep it looking so well and it is a real family business . A good place to chill !
