Excellent all products are good a very special thanks to the staff who got me a table to fit my kitchen has they said this table was sold, they went thought alot of bother to find me another table exactly the same merry Christmas and thankyou for everything
We ordered two sofas from Rooms, we were given a reasonable timeframe on when they would be manufactured and delivered - the timeframe was spot on, the delivery team ensured our house was kept clean by placing sheets down wherever they would be walking and the staff at Rooms talked us through all we needed to know about the sofas, including guarantees, the stuffing in the pillows and cushions, etc. - faultless service, have recommended to friends and family, and will no doubt be coming back despite it being an hour away.
Went in there and nothing available for at least 5 months, ALL sofas furniture Everything just won't deliver for 25 weeks couldn't even buy a clock that was on the wall, been in three times in the last month and tried different assistants just in case I was dealing with a bad one. Nice looking furniture but if you thinking of moving and need new stuff don't bother going in there Excuses given we're the big ship that got caught in suez canal and of course the pandemic and rounded off with the war in Ukraine coz that's where they get all there wood from. Makes you wonder what the four of them do all day, maybe just move it all around a bit. Have to admit massive improvement in this store since my last post, all smaller items now available to take home on the day or delivered but sadly not much improvement in delivery times for furniture, staff still seem to be a bit indifferent about this situation.

Nice products, terrible customer service. Ordered a sideboard 6months ago. Expected delivery 8-12weeks at that time. No communication from them since. I have to chase, each time the delivery is pushed back. The last delivery date has now been missed. Still no communication! Typical of what I've now come to expect. A refund is not possible would loose my deposit. What a joke. Wouldn't mind waiting so much if was kept informed. Also received a sofa 3mth ago which is lovely but had a fault, took 3 phone calls, an email and a visit to the store to get the replacement. Nice products. Terrible service.
I bought a divan bed base and mattress that I’d seen on Rooms Facebook page. It was a really great deal. I phoned on Thursday morning and paid for the bed in full I was given the option to just pay a deposit the bed was delivered the following morning! Great service from the sales staff to the delivery men. I’m extremely happy with the bed and mattress. Highly recommend.
Spent about £1800 here on various pieces of furniture including 2 dining chairs. After opening the box we found out they were the wrong ones. Contacted Rooms on this matter and told that they would order the correct ones. A MONTH later after several pesters I was told they were ready. I asked to pick they up at the store and they agreed. I got to the store and the chairs were wrong yet again and I'd have to wait another week. Very, very annoying. Especially as I'd driven an hour round trip for this. Think they need to take on more staff to deal with customer service. Will be making second thoughts about where I go to furnish the rest of my house in the future.
Great shop. Fantastic selection of beds.
An aladdins cave of quirky and different treasures. The industrial room is amazing . Not the cheapest place at all, but their items are quality and beautiful.
Love this place for unique pieces, it’s a little gem always enjoy going to this store. Good customer service and quality goods.
