Very rude and impolite person at the entrance, it was 7:59pm he didn't let me in to collect my order click and collect. I will never come to this bradford branch.

I have been to the store on sticker Lane a few times, staff are always lovely and very helpful. One person her name is Jenny absolutely went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

I visited on Mon 8 th Jan 24. I would just like to say a big Thank you to a lady called Rachel at the Sticker Lane store Bradford. She was so friendly,  extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted.   Nothing was too much trouble for her. Some assistants in shops say they haven't stock in without even looking . Once again Rachel Thanks , you were amazing .

I booked a phone call with Amy for some shutters and she never called me I had to call her to which she said she thought it was a video call.  We arranged a call back from her later in the week to discuss whether I was going ahead and she never called.nA few days after I called to complain and spoke to a guy called Patrick who was apologetic and sorted out another lady to call me to arrange a measure up.  She did call and we confirmed a date and time.  On that day I rushed home from work but guess what he never turned up.  Bloody disgusting - they must be making enough money they don’t need my few £1000 I was going to pay for having all my windows done.  So not a happy bunny & wont go back to them ever for anything
