We recently had our kitchen redone with Rooms by Design and are really pleased with the results. The planning process was great as Sarah allowed us to consider a number of different options and talked us through some benefits of different layouts versus others - this helped us get a kitchen that we are both pleased with and works for the whole family. The building work and fitting went smoothly and was well project managed so we knew who would be coming when. All the people who worked on the project were clear, tidy and professional. The kitchen fitter, Rob, did most of the work on our project and he had high standards and did everything really well. Sarah said before the work began that we'd have a functional kitchen in three weeks and I wasn't sure if that was going to happen but it did! The kitchen itself looks stunning and the drawers and cupboards are sturdy and hard wearing. My only downsides are that the fridge is smaller that my previous one so I wish I had seen that in person first this is my error as I saw the ovens and the dishwasher in the showroom but didn't ask to see the fridge, because a fridge is a fridge, or so I thought!. We also went for some dark painted cupboards. This looks great but I think will need some upkeep in terms of dusting and cleaning etc so if you're super concerned about that it might be better to go with the wood or textured finishes. The price was agreed beforehand and there were no hidden costs so what we paid was exactly what we'd agreed. I would absolutely recommend Rooms by Design and would go there first for any new projects!

It took a bit of time to have them fitted, but that was mainly due to Corona I cannot praise your fitter Rob too much as I think he's a real artisan. Did do a wonderful job in a not so easy situation like having to cut around skirting boards and coving and coping with sloping floors. Marco was very helpful with providing us with samples and advice and Jeanette kept us well informed during the process from start to finish." Lydia Senior
