Excellent service right from the beginning. Wayne who came to give a quote was very pleasant and explained everything. Girls in the office were helpful and courteous at all times. Engineer who fitted our new boiler was professional worked well and efficiently there was minimal disruption and completed the job a lot quicker than expected. Would not hesitate in recommending Plumbcraft.
Excellent service. We had a powerflush procedure for our heating system. Two Plumbcraft staff carried out the work. They explained everything and were very professional. One of the staff was a first years apprentice and it was great to see a young lady learning to be a heating engineer. They experienced chap was very knowledgeable and passing on his advice was a pleasure to watch. Well done Plumbcraft. your staff are a credit to your company and you should be applauded for supporting them in their careers.Service: Heating system maintenance
I needed a new boiler fitting and from the initial quotation done online to the new boiler being fitted I received great service throughout. The new boiler was fitted quickly and efficiently with the old boiler taken away, there was minimal mess and the staff are so nice and friendly! Would definitely use again if I need any further work doing.Service: Heating system installation
